How does the UX Subscription work?
Once subscribed, you create a design task in our ClickUp board. We acknowledge the task and start the work. You receive the finished design.
What can be designed via UX Subscription tasks?
We are capable of producing high-fidelity designs for distinct components and elements within the interface of any given product, platform, or service. Given the potential complexity of these requirements, more time may be needed to complete a design. To ensure that designs are finalised within a 2-day, 4-day, or 24-hour timeframe, it is advisable to restrict each design request to no more than five specific requirements
What if I don’t like the designs?
We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time and we’ll refund you the difference already paid.
What are "unlimited revisions" in the UX Subscription process?
Our "unlimited revisions" policy ensures your utmost satisfaction with our designs. Just like Rome wasn't built in a day, perfection takes time. If you need changes after we've completed a request, let us know. We're happy to refine and adjust the design to meet your exact needs. Feel free to make a new request with additional specifications at any time!
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Certainly, inform us, and the revised package will be effective from the following month.
